- Command Central Support: You’ll be calm, a go-to for day-to-day admin support. When the team needs something sorted, you’re already on it.
- Facilities & Maintenance Wrangler: You’ll track issues, coordinate service calls & keep our workspace running smoothly—because a squeaky wheel doesn’t get ignored around here.
- AP Support: Pitch in with invoices—keeping things tracked, checked & running smoothly.
- Supply Specialist: Manage ordering & inventory so we never run out of the essentials.
- Procurement Helper: You’ll help request quotes, place orders & keep purchase details organized so we can move quickly & spend smartly.
- Event & Meeting Sidekick: You’ll help coordinate internal events, team days & meeting logistics, making it look effortless (even when it isn’t).
- Light HR Support: Support employee admin tasks—documentation, updates & coordination.
- Reliable as a Winter Tire: You show up, follow through & people know they can count on you (even when it’s a Monday).
- Detail-Obsessed: You catch the missing attachment, the wrong date, the “almost correct” form—before it becomes someone else’s problem.
- Confident & Engaged: You aren’t one to sit in silence, you’re comfortable speaking up, asking questions & solving problems.
- Spreadsheet Savvy: You stay on top of spreadsheets—keeping data clean, accurate & easy to follow.
- Prairie Strong: You can handle a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
- Office Tech First Responder: If the printer throws a tantrum or someone’s speakers mysteriously “stop working,” you’re happy to run the quick checks, troubleshoot the basics & take a crack at fixing simple issues before escalating to IT.
