Ensure timely and accurate pickup and delivery of freight to meet customer expectations
Use pallet jacks and tailgates to load and unload freight
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any discrepancies
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members
Properly secure and handle various types of cargo
Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
Report any issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to management
Participate in ongoing safety and operational training programs
