- Full Cycle Ownership: Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the HOA and Property Management space.
- Expert Demos: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations that highlight the ROI and efficiency gains of STAN AI.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts; attend trade shows and industry events to represent the STAN brand.
- Negotiation & Closing: Navigate pricing discussions and contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team on lead gen strategies and coordinate with the Customer Success team for seamless client hand-offs.
- Pipeline Generation: Outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to keep your funnel healthy.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of our AI solutions.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (Full Cycle experience is a must).
- Proven Track Record: Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—you can explain complex AI technology in a way that resonates with HOA managers and property managers.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
- Self-Starter: A "hunter" mentality with the ability to self-source leads and manage your own pipeline without constant supervision.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (Property Managers, Boards, and Executives).
- Adaptability: Experience in a startup environment where processes are built and refined in real-time.
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
