Our client is a real estate and investment management company and they are looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst.About the Opportunity
- Reporting to the Manager of Applications, the Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through evaluation, implementation, and optimization of information systems
- They will collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements or new solutions
- This role is a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technology and business needs
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Yardi or similar) - requirements gathering, process improvement, technical documentation, end user support (internal/external), etc.
- Proven experience of database design and queries (SQL, etc.)
- Great communication skills
- Ability to commute to Mississauga office 3 times per week
- Real Estate and/or Property Management software
- Real Estate knowledge/experience (Residential and Commercial)
