Join a Leader in Highway and Infrastructure Services Across Canada!Our client is a trusted name in highway maintenance, paving, bridge construction, and equipment hauling. With a reputation built on quality, efficiency, and community commitment, they take pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget. They are growing and currently seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across the Quesnel, BC region.About the RoleAs the District Manager, you'll lead multiple operational divisions to ensure successful project execution, team performance, and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, with regular travel (approx. 3 days per week) to regional sites in Chatham, London, Kingston West, and Kitchener.What You Will Receive:
  • Competitive salary - $110,000 - $125,000

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites
  • Managing division managers and ensuring accountability for results
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Developing and managing budgets and financial reports
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards
  • Analyzing and presenting data to leadership using Microsoft Excel
  • Supporting a positive, safety-driven, and team-oriented culture
What You Bring
  • Proven leadership experience in highway maintenance, paving, bridge construction, or equipment hauling
  • Strong budgeting, financial management, and commercial acumen
  • Ability to read and interpret complex contracts
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities
  • Union and collective bargaining experience (an asset)
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Road service or construction experience strongly preferred
