- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and responding to email correspondence in a timely manner.
- Support grievance processes by maintaining records and handling related documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as drafting documents and preparing presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Organize and maintain schedules, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in all administrative activities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a unionized environment.
- Fluency in both English and French is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
