- Make outbound calls to potential customers to gather information for quote setup.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, actively listening to their needs.
- Collect and document accurate information regarding customers' requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed information on products/services and pricing.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer information into the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to answer any questions or provide additional information as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for quote setup and call volume.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of window cleaning is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
