We are looking for a High Rise Senior Site Superintendent that is well-seasoned in high-rise development that is looking for their next challenging project. You'll be successful if you lead by example, are open to feedback/able to provide your team with constructive feedback, have the ability to manage through change, and are able to be proactive in prioritizing and delegating tasks.
  • Supervising the construction project and all the operations on the site
  • Ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld - Upholding Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards
  • Organizing and Supervising site staff, trades and contractors and ensuring that they are performing as required and reporting progress
  • Ensuring health and safety on site is top priority and being followed by all parties
  • Tracking/logging daily manpower on site and maintaining a project diary
  • Ensuring that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed
  • Other duties as required

  • 10+ years experience in construction as a High Rise Site Superintendent working on multiple full-cycle high-rise residential developments in Canada**
  • Have a post secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent (MBA and M. Eng. Preferred)
  • Have all necessary certifications like Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid and Basics of Supervision
  • Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale multi family construction projects
  • Able to read construction working drawings including and not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and landscape drawings
  • Have a thorough understanding of high-rise residential
