Salary: $105,000 – $120,000
Location: Vancouver IslandAn established and well-capitalized construction group is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations on multi-family and commercial projects. The Superintendent will manage subcontractors and site staff, ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and on budget, and act as the key link between the field and project management.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise on-site crews and subcontractors
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and WorkSafeBC compliance
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders
- Resolve site issues and ensure accurate documentation
- 7+ years in construction, including 2+ as a Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and documentation
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to work in all weather conditions
