
Customer Agreements & Operations Specialist

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
- Analyze data to support business decisions and operations.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines independently.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Use coding logic and testing skills to improve systems.
- Apply problem-solving to address challenges and identify improvements.
- Communicate effectively in English (French is a plus)
- Work with regional sales to streamline rebate processes and ensure compliance.
- Manage accurate and timely commercial agreements and rebate payouts.
- Lead data collection and reconciliation efforts with channel partners.
- Maintain customer data accuracy and pursue process improvements.
- BS/BA, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Agriculture, Engineering or related areas;
- 3/+ years proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Strong aptitude working with data and related systems (i.e. CRM, SAP etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Outstanding communicator, organizer, collaborator, lean knowledge

- Experience in Customer Service Domain knowledge in contracts, rebate schemes, marketing and pricing, process analysis
