- Define and execute the global online marketing strategy
- Manage paid acquisition channels including Google, paid social, programmatic, and display
- Oversee SEO, content, and organic growth initiatives
- Work closely with the Affiliate Manager to scale affiliate partnerships
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize CPA and ROI targets
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives including CRM, promotions, and retention programs
- Develop cross marketing strategies between the land-based casino and online platform
- Design campaigns converting land-based casino players into online accounts
- Coordinate loyalty programs and promotional offers across both channels
- Analyse player acquisition and retention performance
- Build and lead the marketing team
- 7-10+ years experience in digital marketing
- Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino industry strongly preferred
- Experience working with land-based casino marketing is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of CPA models, LTV, retention, and acquisition funnels
- Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing budgets
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
