What are your contributions to the team?As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Division within the Quality Manufacturing department and report directly to the Quality Team Leader. You will play a key role in driving quality excellence by leading audits, supporting certifications, managing improvement projects, and ensuring compliance across operations.
  • Support certification and qualification activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on quality audits to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Organize follow-up meetings and implement action plans to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Evaluate, participate in, and manage initiatives and projects related to continuous improvement in the quality domain.
  • Ensure effective governance over initiatives and projects with various quality management groups and other departments.
  • Assist and respond to customer requests related to quality.
  • Analyze and manage quality issues to prevent problems and improve quality.
  • Generate reports and presentations for management as requested.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience
  • You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent
  • You have five (5) years of experience in Quality operations
  • You possess good knowledge of the Quality systems and the requirements of Transport Canada.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Project.
  • You must be team oriented, autonomous, responsible and reliable.
  • You must be well organized and at ease to plan and prioritize your work.
  • You have excellent communications skills in French and English.
  • You are available to occasionally work on evenings and weekends when required.
