As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our bakery team, providing excellent service and sharing your love for our artisan baked goods with our customers.As a Sales Assistant at COBS Bread, you will:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting them with their selections, and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment while restocking products and displaying our delicious offerings.
  • Engage in merchandising efforts, ensuring our baked goods are presented in an appealing way.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.
Your passion for customer service and enthusiasm for our products will be key in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.Requirements:Who You Are:
  • A friendly and approachable individual who thrives in a team environment.
  • Someone who enjoys working with people and values customer relationships.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn about our products.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset but not required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform various physical tasks, including lifting up to 22 kg.
  • Willingness to engage in tasks such as stocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery.
