CSC Generation is building the next-generation AI operating system for retail-one that automates the manual, streamlines the complex, and empowers teams to focus on high-leverage work.We're hiring an AI & Workflow Automation Manager to operationalize this vision. In this role, you'll lead the design and implementation of lightweight automation workflows and custom GPT-based tools that transform how we operate across marketing, eCommerce, customer experience, merchandising, and finance. You'll work directly with brand executives, functional leaders, and CSC platform teams to bring automation to life-fast.This position will report into the CEO of one of CSC's portfolio brands. \nWhat you get to do every day:
  • Lead automation initiatives using platforms like
and ChatGPT Custom GPTs to eliminate repetitive, manual work. * Build and deploy end-to-end workflows that span tools like Google Sheets, Slack, email, and custom databases-triggered by structured inputs or AI-generated outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, map workflows, and develop automation candidates.
  • Prototype fast, iterate faster-ship working automation MVPs within days, not months.
  • Educate and empower teams to adopt and scale automations via documentation, training, and usage dashboards.
  • Continuously improve platform tooling by standardizing and evolving internal libraries of reusable automations and GPTs.
  • Report on outcomes-track time savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.
What you bring to the role:
  • 3-6 years of experience in product ops, technical operations, internal tools, or automation enablement.
  • Hands-on experience building workflow automations using tools like
, Zapier, , Retool, or similar. * Deep fluency with generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and prompt engineering.
  • Strong grasp of business operations and the ability to rapidly map and optimize workflows.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs) into cohesive flows.
  • Comfortable with light scripting, API calls, or working with low-code platforms.
  • Strong communicator who can translate business needs into functional automation specs.
  • A mindset of experimentation, velocity, and constant improvement.
