- Designing a digital audit strategy and supporting creation of an audit plan, aligning with the strategic and business objectives of the firm.
- Supporting financial and operational audits, function governance activities, and managing co-sourced engagements as required. Leading quality improvement activities within the internal audit function.
- Development of reports or presentations in preparation for risk updates to the Board-level committee.
- Support digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client or team experience.
- Leveraging knowledge of the Deloitte and professional services landscape and relationships from across the network to add value to our internal audit activities.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes.
- Support cross-functional teams to drive AI projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and digital innovation.

- Proven experience in leading digital internal audit, automation and AI projects.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data analytics and data visualization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 7+ years of controls, enterprise risk, or audit experience, including 4+ years of IT or internal audit experience. CPA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is required.
- Demonstrated effective project management skills. Must be able to proactively drive and manage multiple tasks and timelines independently and as a team, in a rapidly evolving environment, and lead an audit from start to finish.
- Must have strong written communication skills, especially when dealing with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key parties, including senior leaders, with the ability to impact and influence others.
- Demonstrated strategic and critical-thinking and ability to develop, share and adopt innovative approaches and solutions.
- Experience with generative AI, data visualization and analytics tools, staffing, and managing engagement economics is an asset.
