Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. Your work directly supports operational performance while upholding Newmont’s strong safety and environmental standards.As Part of Our Team You Will
Operate shaking tables and smelting furnaces to produce gold dore bars
Complete daily inspections and maintain high housekeeping standards
Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and support teams
Participate in safety, environmental, and compliance training
Contribute to a strong, safety‑first team culture
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
Minimum two years of operating experience in a milling environment (gold room experience is a plus).
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, operational setting
Relevant technical education is an advantage
Your Work Environment
Fly‑in/fly‑out remote camp operation on a 14‑days‑on / 12‑days‑off rotation
12‑hour shifts in variable and sometimes extreme weather conditions
Physically active role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Onsite accommodations with private rooms, meals, and recreation facilities
