Role DescriptionContact Flow Development
  • Design and build complex, modular Amazon Connect contact flows for voice and chat
  • Implement queue routing and IVR logic
Serverless Backend Engineering
  • Develop and maintain backend services using AWS Lambda in both Node.js and Python
  • Handle data lookups and business logic
Conversational AI Integration
  • Implement and optimize Amazon Lex (V2) chatbots for natural language interactions within the contact center
System Integration
