You are our "Outbound Scientist." While the rest of the team builds the brand and the content, you are the one responsible for the daily volume of outreach that keeps the demo calendar full. You live in tools like Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, running high-volume, personalized experiments to find the perfect sequence that gets a busy property manager to click "Book a Demo."About Us:**STAN is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers. Outbound Infrastructure: Own the technical setup of our email domains and LinkedIn automation to ensure high deliverability.
Lead Scraping & Enrichment: Use tools to build highly targeted lists of property managers based on specific triggers.
Copywriting: Write punchy, conversion-focused cold emails and LinkedIn messages that sound like they were written by a peer, not a robot.
A/B Testing: Constantly test subject lines, CTAs, and sender profiles to squeeze every drop of performance out of our sequences.

Requirements

The Tech Stack: Deep experience with cold email tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo) and LinkedIn outreach platforms.
Technical Savvy: You understand SPF/DKIM/DMARC records and how to keep a domain out of the spam folder.
Persistence: You enjoy the "game" of outbound and are constantly looking for new ways to bypass gatekeepers.
