This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly successful and busy partner, playing a key role in managing a dynamic litigation practice.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide legal administrative support to 1–2 lawyers
- Assist with commercial and construction litigation matters
- Prepare, format, and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinate filings through relevant court and litigation portals
- Maintain and organize files, calendars, and deadlines
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties
- Support the partner in managing a busy and fast-paced practice
- 5–8 years of experience in a large law firm environment
- Strong background in commercial and/or construction litigation
- Solid understanding of litigation procedures, documentation, and court portals
- Insolvency and restructuring experience considered an asset
- Ability to work closely with and support a senior partner
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
