Job Title: Regional Field Quality Coordinator IIILocation: Sherwood Park, ABOur client is seeking a Regional Field Quality Coordinator III to join their team. As a Regional Field Quality Coordinator III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance and Control department supporting project management, engineering, construction, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Description:
  • Provide Quality Control (QC) execution and Quality Assurance (QA) oversight for pipeline maintenance and project activities.
  • Develop, review, and manage quality documentation including Inspection and Test Plans, pressure test plans, and inspection packages.
  • Perform QC verification activities ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project quality performance, identify issues, trends, and risks, and facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate quality assessments, audits, and surveillance activities, ensuring audit findings are addressed and closed.
Qualifications:
  • Related university degree with 4 years of experience or 8 years of QA/QC experience in pipeline construction or maintenance.
  • CSA 178.2 Level II certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Bluebeam.
