As a company, we support your personal growth with a people-focused culture and a flexible and diverse working environment.What to Expect:Support the Sales area in prospecting new coffee and cold beverage customers while supporting existing business through menu development, beverage presentation, and staff training. This role also builds deep coffee expertise across Sales and Marketing teams and supports product development, innovation, and industry partnerships.A day in the life:
  • Support Sales teams in prospecting new coffee and cold beverage customers
  • Deliver in-market coffee and beverage training, menu development, and staff education
  • Lead and support coffee and cold beverage training initiatives for customers, distributors, and internal teams
  • Support innovation, renovation, and equipment menu development projects
  • Manage and maintain the customer beverage showroom and support customer presentations
  • Represent Nestlé Professional with industry associations and participate in events and tastings
Role Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of barista experience and 2 years of sales experience, with barista certification preferred
  • Specialty coffee Association (SCA) accreditation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent the brand externally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), strong analytical skills, and a valid driver's licence
