As the Technical Leader of one or more projects, you will be responsible for their overall technical success by ensuring the final product meets customer specifications, and ensuring technical risk is managed/mitigated. Working hand-in-hand with the Project Manager, you will lead a team that may include sensor/electronics/mechanical design specialists, process engineers, and test specialists. The Technical Leader must also interact with other Teledyne groups including manufacturing, purchasing, and CMOS development.What you needBroad knowledge of systems engineering, process engineering, electronics design, mechanical design, and opticsUnderstanding of semiconductor theory and CMOS image sensorsMust be a strong team player, as well as be able to work independentlyMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
