- Efficiently manage the sales territory using a CRM system, including planning daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Develop OEM business opportunities and projects in collaboration with distribution partners.
- Provide technical support for client design requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources (inside sales, product management, marketing) to maximize territory growth.
- Ensure rigorous communication for order processing and compliance with delivery requirements.
- Participate in joint sales visits with end users and regional partners.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and client engineers to integrate solutions into technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BoM).
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, installation teams, and purchasing departments.
- Monitor projects before, during, and after the installation to guarantee compliance, customer satisfaction, and recurring business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in the wire and cable industry.
- Demonstrated experience in selling harness solutions, industrial data cables, and industrial connectors.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to write reports, analyze technical documents, and present to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common business software.
- Strong experience in business development and managing new territories.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both technical and commercial contexts.
- Technical expertise in industrial cable solutions, data transmission, and connectors.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and effectively manage time and resources.
- Good understanding of markets, competition, and strategic challenges.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Frequent travel required (by car and plane), including regular overnight stays (approximately 3 to 4 days per week).
