- Participate in outdoor activities such as skating, biking, or visiting a golf driving range
- Provide friendly conversation and companionship
- Support social interaction and community engagement
- Help plan outings such as booking tickets or navigating venues
- Drive client to activities and appointments using a provided vehicle
- Ensure safe transportation during outings
- Assist with light home organization
- Help with grocery shopping and errands
- Support basic meal planning and meal preparation
- Provide a calm and reassuring presence if the client experiences stress or sensory overload
- Encourage independence, routines, and positive decision-making
- Model respectful and positive social interactions
- Follow the care plan
- Communicate with the Care Coordinator
- Complete basic documentation/shift notes
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Comfortable driving within Vancouver and surrounding areas
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector (or willingness to obtain)
- Access to smartphone with internet
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active, social, and comfortable in public settings
- Patient, encouraging, and respectful
- Reliable and able to commit consistently
- Comfortable supporting neurodivergent adults
- Interested in sports, outdoor activities, or community events
