Compensation: $30/hour (guaranteed minimum of 20 hours/week) THE MISSION We are a busy family of six with four active kids (ages 3, 5, 11 and 14yo) and a 6 year old Golden Retriever. Our lives are dynamic, and we are looking for a proactive, highly organized partner to help us manage the "mental load" of our household. Your goal is to provide the logistical support that allows us to be present for the big moments-whether that's a hockey playoff game, a school event, or a weekend getaway. YOUR ROLE: THE ADAPTIVE ADULT-IN-CHARGE This isn't a rigid desk job; it's a "see a need, fill a need" role. You are the person who keeps the gears turning when our schedule shifts. Primary Ownership: - Weekly Reset & Meal Support: Executing meal plans, prepping healthy dinners, and light baking. On Mondays, you ensure the kitchen is stocked and the family is set up for success. - Laundry & Linen Command: Managing the full cycle of laundry for six people, including regular washing and changing of all bedding and towels. - The "Logistics Lead": Using one of our family vehicles to transport kids to/from school, swimming, or hockey as needed. You are the backup that allows us to attend one child's game while you get the other to their lesson. - Home Organization: Tidying and "resetting" living spaces, organizing toy systems, and jumping in to help with light cleaning if our regular cleaners are unavailable or if the house needs a refresh. Family & Pet Support: - The Safety Net: Occasional overnight care for the children when we are traveling or attending evening events. - Pool Presence: Supervising swimming (older kids are competent, but an adult must be poolside). Helping to maintain hot tub. CPR certification is a major asset. - The Dog: Our Golden Retriever needs to be let in/out, fed, and occasionally driven to the groomers.
