Posting Type: Open vacancyOur client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device industry, is currently seeking a Medical Information Coordinator to join their Medical Affairs team. This role plays a key part in supporting scientific communications, responding to medical inquiries, and contributing to educational and conference initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, scientifically driven, and able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key Responsibilities:- Review internal medical and scientific materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, including unsolicited and off-label requests.
- Maintain and update standard medical information response documents within internal systems.
- Develop scientific content, including presentations and supporting documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of accredited medical education programs.
- Participate in scientific meetings and conferences, including staffing medical booths when required.
- Prepare post-conference summaries and support internal and external knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scientific insights aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in presenting scientific information internally to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide general support to the Medical Affairs team as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field
- 1–3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, medical information, or a related role
- Strong understanding of scientific literature and medical terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is an asset
