We understand that life happens - just keep informed as soon as possible if something comes upSenior Procurement Advisor ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing and negotiations for indirect procurement across multiple business units
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with procurement policies
Analyze spend data to identify savings and optimize total cost of ownership
Develop training and drive adoption of procurement tools and procedures
Partner with global teams to implement regional strategies and new initiatives
Ensure secure governance of confidential vendor files and recordsSenior Procurement Advisor QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or related field; master's preferred
CPSM, CIPS, or CPP certification (preferred)
5+ years indirect procurement experience with demonstrated track record of delivering cost savings; automotive background a plus
1+ year experience in supervisory or leadership role
Proficiency in ERP procurement systems, Zycus eProcurement, M365/Copilot, and advanced Excel
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
Proven experience working effectively with global teams across different time zones and cultures
Comfortable thriving in a lean team environment where flexibility and resourcefulness are essential
People-centric approach with refined interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting internal relationships
Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value and exceptional service to internal stakeholdersEmployment DetailsJob Type: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension
