The incumbent is responsible for all distribution activities in the region and ensures the delivery of company products meets customer needs in compliance with Linde’s rules, regulations, and procedures.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement optimal routing programs and/or collaborate with the planning teamImplement all distribution processes in accordance with Linde proceduresEnsure the transfer of best practices and the implementation of national initiativesManage distribution costs in line with agreed budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs)In collaboration with the National Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, ensure all trucks are properly maintained and represent Linde professionallyResponsible for adhering to the annual budget for expenses and labor across all regional sitesEnsure compliance with national safety codes and government regulations to achieve Linde’s goal of zero accidents and zero injuriesQualificationsEducation
5 to 7 years of experience in the industrial/cryogenic gas industry preferred
