- Define comprehensive change strategies for enterprise-wide sales programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and sales transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct sophisticated impact assessments and stakeholder analyses across regions, roles, and business units.
- Architect adoption strategies and long-range change plans that support both immediate outcomes and sustainable transformation.
- Partner closely with senior sales executives, program sponsors, HR, Enablement, Marketing, and Operations to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent messaging.
- Facilitate strategic working sessions with global leaders to ensure prioritization, sponsorship, and integrated planning.
- Advise leaders on communication strategies, readiness concerns, and organizational implications.
- Develop high‑impact communication frameworks, executive-ready messaging, and stakeholder engagement strategies that drive awareness, alignment, and belief.
- Support leaders in communicating vision and guiding teams through ambiguity during transformation.
- Collaborate with Enablement teams to embed change into training, certifications, onboarding, and field tools.
- Ensure sales teams have the resources, skills, and clarity required to adopt new processes, technology, and behaviors.
- Coach and mentor regional leaders, managers, and program owners to enhance organizational change maturity.
- Create toolkits, frameworks, and repeatable models to scale change capability across global teams.
- Anticipate resistance patterns, business risks, and cultural barriers; develop data-driven mitigation strategies.
- Establish readiness scorecards and conduct cross‑functional reviews with senior leaders.
- Build and manage change KPIs, dashboards, and feedback mechanisms to track adoption and performance.
- Analyze data to recommend adjustments that improve execution, readiness, and long‑term behavior change.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve communication development, enhance stakeholder insights, streamline analysis, and accelerate readiness assessments.
- Advise leadership on opportunities to leverage AI for change monitoring, adoption tracking, and predictive insights.
- 10+ years of organizational change management experience, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or global consulting environments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross‑functional transformational programs involving technology, process, and organizational change.
- Strong command of change methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, McKinsey Influence Models) and the ability to contextualize frameworks to the business.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence globally distributed senior leadership teams.
- Experience designing and measuring change KPIs, readiness models, and adoption frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency using modern project management, collaboration, and analytic tools.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and unify diverse stakeholder groups across the organization.
- Operates as a strategic thought partner, not just an executor bringing clarity, insight, and forward-thinking solutions.
- Communicates with confidence and executive presence, adept at engaging C-level leaders and cross-functional global teams.
