- Work closely with senior leadership on critical reporting, forecasting, and budget initiatives
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process
- Consolidate financials across multiple entities with accuracy and consistency
- Analyze claims and income to identify performance trends and key drivers
- Support budgeting, investment reporting, and tax audits
- Coordinate annual insurance renewals with internal and external stakeholders
- Champion process improvements and system enhancements
- Ensure strong financial controls and reconciliations across reporting systems
- CPA designation with experience in Health or Life Insurance (asset)
- Advanced Excel skills, especially for handling large data volumes
- Experience working with regulatory capital or insurance-related reporting (asset)
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
- Driven by critical thinking and continuous improvement
