Main Purpose: The two-year Development Graduate Programme offers structured rotations across key business functions, with the opportunity to gain cross-product experience in both Oil and Metals, broadening your market knowledge and perspective across two dynamic markets.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
  • A minimum of a 3.4 GPA in any field
  • 0-2 years of postgraduate working experience
  • Fluency in English - both oral and written
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity, passion, motivation and grit
  • Ability to remove roadblocks and break down barriers to get the job done

Key Relationships and Department Overview:Throughout the programme, graduates gain practical experience and exposure to the full trade lifecycle, working at the core of our operations.
