Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership across the team.Participate in design/code reviews, setting best practices and coding standards.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects on time and within budget.Architect scalable, reliable, and secure solutions aligned to business needs.Resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project progression.Collaborate with stakeholders to align on requirements and communicate solutions effectively.Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.7+ years in software development with hands-on coding and solution design.2+ years in a leadership/tech lead role guiding teams and making technical decisions.Experience with Tungsten/Kofax TotalAgility (7.11 or higher) or similar document management platforms.Strong background in Intelligent Document Processing and automation.Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (AWS or GCP an asset).Proficiency with .NET, SQL/NoSQL, and Windows OS; bonus if you bring Java, Python, or JavaScript knowledge.Proven ability to balance technical depth with people leadership, motivating and coaching teams.Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.Summary
