DT Home Reno is seeking a skilled and dependable Window Cleaner to join our team for the summer season. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows at various residential and commercial properties in the Innisfil, ON area. This is a full-time position with hourly compensation and opportunities for growth within our company.Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a pay range of $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Employees will be paid biweekly.Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain windows at various residential and commercial properties using professional cleaning equipment and techniques
- Remove debris, dirt, and grime from windows using cleaning solutions and tools such as squeegees, scrapers, and pressure washers
- Ensure all windows are streak-free and thoroughly cleaned
- Identify and report any damages or necessary repairs to windows
- Interact professionally with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment when necessary
- Keep track of inventory and notify management of any needed supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to use personal protective equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
