- A minimum of 6 years of marketing/communications experience, with a strong background in planning and executing digital and/or integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive consideration (upper funnel)
- A passion for creativity underpinned by strategy. You want to do new things that breakthrough but don't lose sight of the business objective and what's right for the brand
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, able to collaborate effectively across a diverse cross-functional team - including effective communication (oral, written) to exert influence. You effectively manage both up and down
- An analytical and customer-centric mindset that is passionate about using research, data, and testing, to unlock audience insights that can enhance marketing performance. You are curious and comfortable with interpreting the numbers to tell a story.
- A bias for action. You are proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity while able to juggle several balls at once. You are entrepreneurial and a resourceful problem-solver.
- Comfort around planning, managing, and reporting a budget and making financial recommendations (e.g., budget allocations)
