You'll work with our finance team and help with important projects, gaining skills to support business decisions.Location: Hanover, ON
Term: May 2026 - Aug 2026
Compensation: This internship is a paid position.Your Day to Day
  • Conducting monthly general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Preparing journal entries and maintaining precise financial records.
  • Balancing trucking destination spreadsheets and reconciling trucking allocations
  • Supporting our accounts receivable and accounts payable teams with essential financial processes.
  • Organizing and filing important paperwork to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as they arise, giving you a well-rounded experience.

What We're Looking For:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs and be comfortable using virtual
meeting platforms. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize andmeet deadlines, while ensuring attention to detail. * High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Full-time availability for a 4-month term, April – Aug 2026
