Client Service Analyst - 6 months contract

- Provide Tier I support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, network printing, and supported software.
- Provide Tier I support for business tools such as SAP and other software as required.
- Provide IT Administration such as new account creation, access provisioning and termination of accounts.
- Provide onsite technical support as required, including meeting room audio/visual equipment.
- Build/image IT equipment, manage assets and deploy to end users.
- Minimum 3-5 years IT Service Desk experience. Degree/diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent would be an asset.
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to providing quality customer service and proven ability to successfully collaborate with team members in a service-focused capacity.
- Takes initiative to identify opportunities or problems and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and applications are required.
- Knowledge of engineering tools, such as CAD is preferred.
- Experience with mobility configuration and deployments. ITIL certification or experience would be an asset.
- Experience with SharePoint and Office 365, Bitlocker, Power BI, SCCM, Teams, and Service Desk ticketing systems/reporting would be an asset.
- Travel to other facilities within Calgary may be required.
