You’ll play a key role in optimizing our digital presence, enhancing user experience, and driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. If you’re fluent in Craft CMS, passionate about SEO, love problem solving, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to implement plugins and features—this role is for you.As a Website Manager, Consumer Insolvency [Temporary 12 Months] your responsibilities include:Craft CMS development and management
- Develop and maintain websites using Craft CMS, including custom module/plugin development
- Use knowledge of Twig, Craft’s templating language, to build dynamic and reusable templates
- Support the function and maintenance of third-party API integrations
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance UX/UI
- Stay current with Craft CMS updates and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, liaising with internal IT teams as needed.
- Work with Marketing team to implement on-page and technical SEO strategies
- Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search engines and AI Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Monitor and improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing platforms and tools (i.e., email marketing, cookie management software, booking tool)
- Optimize website for accessibility, user experience, and business outcomes
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance website capabilities
- Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior to inform strategy
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing, landing page creation, and support other digital marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including data privacy and protection
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive information
- Maintain adherence to web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, AODA)

- Bachelor's degree in web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in website management
- Solid understanding of web design, development, and Craft CMS
- Confident in HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and PHP.
- Proven ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Knowledge of website accessibility standards (WCAG, AODA) and data privacy regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with B2C or lead generation sites
- Experience with other CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft D365
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.
