
Account Support Analyst I (13 Month, Fixed-Term Position)

- Process and action transaction issues through a variety of systems
- Initiating trouble tickets, escalate where necessary
- Follow up communication with a variety of internal and external groups
- Closing the issue with the retailer
- Tracking of issues and provision of business reporting
- Sharing updates through regular meetings
- Flagging any issue trends and notifying necessary parties
- Manage the new store and changeover process for assigned retailers
- Verification of contracts and supporting documents
- Billing set up
- Terminal requests (where appropriate)
- Administrative changes (banking, contact info, address updates)
- Manage trackers and reporting
- Manage terminal program
- Requesting replacements
- Ensuring scanners are ordered where necessary
- Deactivating terminals for closing locations
- Product Support
- Place weekly PIN orders using various supplier systems
- Provide reporting as required
- Create PO’s for each supplier
- Label approval for print runs as required
- Retailer and Partner support for in-store promotional programs
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to function effectively in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment
- Ability to liaise independently and follow up at a variety of levels including with peers, retail account managers, product account managers, functional managers and external customers.
- 1+ years on the job experience in an office environment with a similar scope of work
- Post secondary education
- Familiarity with the MS suite of systems
