You will act as contact while ensuring compliance with all methods and procedures.What Will You Do?
  • Perform routine and “type” electrical tests on transformers (surge, temperature rise, noise level) to ensure compliance with the established procedures; forward the product to the next stage using the appropriate lifting equipment (occasional client presence).
  • Visually and dimensionally inspect incoming materials and finished products based on drawings and specifications; fill out the required reports in accordance with the established procedures.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests/inquiries from coordinators, employees, and engineers regarding quality issues that occur during production, or those involving product improvements and prototypes.
  • Measure equipment and diagnose quality issues during production.
  • Draft non-compliance reports (NCR, PRC, RTS); issue corrective measures and actions; notify those involved.
  • Ensure compliance with production methods and procedures; issue recommendations when needed.
  • Take part in internal audits; issue recommendations.
  • Keep the workstation clean and tidy (safety, environment).
