Quality Control / Apple Packer

• With training, calibrate and operate quality equipment: Pressure tester, Refractometer, Computer, iPad while recording entries and submit forms as necessary using iPads and PDF forms
• Report to management / supervisor appropriately about defects or problems with the fruit
• Demonstrate consistent reliability, have reliable transportation, and uphold the core values of humble, driven, and solutions-oriented at all time

• Must be available to work night shifts.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced computerized packline environment with a strong work ethic to get the job done efficiently and safely
• Ability to work as part of a team to pack, handle, and sort fruit (primarily apples)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to take directions from supervisors
• Ability to maintain food safety standards - safety shoes, hairnets/snoods, jackets, and no piercings or jewelry
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a variety of different climates
• Consistent, reliable, and reliable transportation
