Join our manufacturing company as a Project Manager, overseeing project execution from sales to commissioning, ensuring compliance with GEA Project Management Guidelines. With 5+ years of experience in process technology, particularly in hygienic food or beverage processing, you'll manage project finances, foster team communication, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction. Your strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, MS SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, will drive project success. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration, along with PMP designation and on-site experience, join us to lead and excel in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities / TasksTasks:Direct project execution from sales handover to commissioning, ensuring adherence to GEA Project Management Guidelines.Maintain project financial performance by managing budgets, cash flow, and Key Performance Indicators.Facilitate efficient communication among project team members to maximize coordination and accuracy of information.Foster a culture of ownership within the team to meet project objectives and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.Manage project schedules, monitoring progress and taking corrective action to maintain scope, budget, quality, and schedule.Conduct phase gate reviews and report project status, while performing risk management to mitigate project risks.Oversee stakeholder management, customer satisfaction, claim, and change order management.Capture and evaluate Lessons Learned, create procurement plans, maintain project resource plans, and ensure documentation compliance.Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration, with 5+ years of project manager experience.Proficiency in process technology, particularly in hygienic food or beverage processing.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication in English.Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (especially MS Project), with knowledge in Power BI, MS SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.Preferred qualifications include PMP designation, on-site experience, and field service exposure such as construction and commissioning.Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of leading by example and working effectively both independently and within a team setting.Salary Range for position: $80,000-$90,000#engineeringforthebetterDid we spark your interest?
