Description :Job Title - Spa Therapist/Esthetician - Full TimeReports to - Spa ManagerCompany Overview:In the heart of the village, nestled between the snowy mountains of British Columbia’s interior atBig White ski resort, The Spa at Stonebridge provides the ultimate alpine getaway experience!We are a seasonally run spa at Big White ski resort looking to build a dynamic team of spapractitioners for the upcoming winter season. If you're looking for a fun and unique experiencelike no other, we would love to meet you!Job Description:We are currently seeking spa therapists and estheticians to join our spa team for the upcomingwinter 2025/2026 season on a contract term.Schedule:Full Time - 8 hrs per day/ 5 days per weekWeekend availabilityJob duties and responsibilities:
  • Perform spa treatments to guests including massage, hot stone massage, body wraps,
body scrubs, facials, manicure/pedicure, waxing
  • Educate guests on treatments and products
  • Cleaning and maintaining of work areas, implements and treatment rooms
  • Interact with guests and maintain cleanliness of guest areas
  • Assist with laundry and open and close duties for treatment rooms
  • Suggest and promote services and products to guests
  • Upsell services and products during treatments
  • Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of
guest
  • Provide guests with high quality service at every stage of their spa experience
Qualifications:Must carry an esthetics diploma and be trained in spa therapy treatmentsPrevious experience working in a luxury spa setting an assetPrevious experience working with Eminence Organics and assetPositive and friendly attitude. Team playerFlexibleMust have good time management skillsMust be able to relocate to Big White ski resort for the season or commute to and from workLanguage - EnglishExperience:Minimum 1 year experience requiredPhysical requirements:Must be capable of lifting 25 to 50 lbs on occasionWill be standing for long periods of timeMust be capable of standing, walking up stairs and commuting in the snowMust be capable of massage and performing 4 to 5 treatments per shiftCompensation & work perksHourly wage: 20.50/hr + commission + tipsSeasonal Contract term - December 2025 to April 2026
