- Experience in selling technology infrastructure solutions to high-level management and other decision makers
- Consistent track record of sales leadership, account and revenue development within the network cabling industry, and in-depth sales experience within a channel sales environment
- Engage Field Sales Team when appropriate to develop an effective Channel Strategy incorporating Contractors, Integrators, Consultants or Supply Chain Partners
- Responsible for expansion of business within Region and Target Accounts, utilizing all Belden Smart Building cabling and connectivity solutions and products
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Line Management to maximize volume
- Role will serve as a key member within the Enterprise Sales Team, contributing to strategic direction, program development and customer relationship within targets
- 5 or more years of Relevant Sales and Technical Experience in similar or adjacent markets
- This person will be able to demonstrate capability in presenting solutions to customers, a solid grasp of large channel organizations and integrated solution-selling, and be comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams
- Experience speaking to C Suite Executives Ability/willingness to travel up to 40%
