You’ll address complex challenges to define direction, reposition and transform companies. You support the development of delivery models and strategy execution plans to create value, growth and improve operational performance for our clients. As part of the Strategy & team, you will focus on our Capabilities Driven Strategy (CDS) and Fit for Growth platforms (FFG) to design and deliver winning strategies across all levels of a company and align organization capabilities for efficient, effective and focused use of resources.Reporting to the Engagement Manager, you will:Work across a variety of industry clients with a focus on 4 segments EUMI (energy, utilities, mining, industrial manufacturing and automotive), Financial Services, TMT/CM (telecommunications, media, technology, consumer markets) and Government and HealthDemonstrate proven analytical thinking for analyzing and solving our clients’ toughest problems accurately and quicklyIdentify creative and useful additional analyses required and suggest new paradigms for recommendationsDevelop & manage efficient and realistic work plans, demonstrating sensitivity to the client’s agenda, perspectives and cultureHave excellent quantitative as well as qualitative analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data and researchDemonstrate ambition to build client capabilities and relationships with lasting impactDemonstrate creativity, curiosity and a willingness to question the status quoWork effectively with limited supervisionWith connectivity being a key enabler of our strategy, our objective is to become the most connected firm - connected to our clients, our communities and to each other.
