In this position, you will lead end-to-end quality assurance activities for high-profile TSYS projects, ensuring the delivery of reliable and compliant payment solutions. This is a contractual role with potential for extension, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical banking initiatives in a collaborative environment.Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr - $61.61/hrResponsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA processes for TSYS projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off
Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project objectives
Manage defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and ensure issues are resolved promptly
Enforce adherence to QA standards, maintain comprehensive test documentation, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance quality and operational efficiency
Participate in project meetings to provide QA insights and status updates
Support new product launches related to credit cards, pricing, and interest-based services

Desired Skill-Set

Strong, recent hands-on experience with TSYS, particularly TSYS-TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards systems
Proven experience with pricing and interests projects involving disclosure, fee updates, and pricing changes
Demonstrated leadership in end-to-end credit card product launches
Experience working on payment and card communication projects, including statements and digital wallets
Familiarity with FICO TRIAD Customer Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

TRIAD system experience
Mainframe file handling expertise
Hands-on automation skills
