Our Client is looking for a French/English bilingual Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a long-term project.Start: October 2026
Duration: 2 years
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid; estimated 2 days per week onsite
Travel: Potential travel to Northern Ontario and Quebec on occasion

The OCM change lead role will be responsible for developing and executing the change management strategy, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption across all levels of the organization.Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with the ERP, HCM and S2C transformation roadmap, value realization framework, and organizational goals.
  • In collaboration with the selected System Integrator Define measurable adoption and change success criteria linked to business outcomes.
  • Integrate OCM activities into the program governance structure, collaborating with PMO and workstream leads.
  • Identify and map stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HCM, Technology and other corporate and site functions.
  • Establish and lead a network of change champions at corporate and site levels.
  • Design and deliver targeted communication plans, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and bilingual (English/French).
  • Conduct change impact assessments for processes, roles, and systems; develop mitigation strategies for high-impact areas.
  • Lead organizational readiness assessments at key project milestones.
  • Develop training strategies, coordinate with internal/external trainers, and oversee end-user enablement activities in both English and French.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years in change management leadership roles, including ERP, HCM or large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Proven experience leading OCM for multi-site, cross-functional ERP programs.
  • Fluency in both English and French (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP). Would be an asset
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.
  • Mining or heavy industry sector experience is an asset.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
