- Working with customers face to face and over the phone
- Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services
- Completing work orders that are accurate and timely
- Ability to answer retail parts inquiries being one of the main focuses (by phone and in person)
- Customer Service Experience
- Parts Counter experience would be considered an asset
- Parts Certificate would be considered an asset
- Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers
- Computer literate
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
