
Product Operations Manager, Operational Excellence

- Quarterback strategic forums and executive engagement across the product organization, including leadership offsites and cross-functional initiatives. Leverage feedback loops to align stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and continuously improve operating cadences across Product
- Own and evolve operational workflows for external-facing programs such as customer advisory boards, analyst engagements, and industry evaluations. Implement scalable systems for request intake, resourcing, approval workflows, and logistics coordination (for Product org)
- Support GTM and product enablement readiness by working with Product ops members to build consistent, repeatable processes around product launch execution. Partner with PM, Marketing, and Enablement to streamline deliverables, content workflows, and feedback collection across teams.
- Lead resource planning, headcount forecasting, and capacity management in partnership with Product leadership and Finance. Ensure teams are staffed appropriately against business priorities and contribute to quarterly budget reviews and future-state planning.
- 3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or related functions with increasing responsibility and exposure to executive stakeholders.
- Strong operational rigor and systems thinking, with experience designing and managing cross-functional programs at scale.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management-able to influence across functions and seniority levels, with excellent written and presentation skills.
- Executional excellence under pressure, especially in time-sensitive, high-visibility environments (e.g. analyst reports, executive events, launch cycles).
- Data-literate with a strategic mindset, able to track performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve processes.
- Fluent in modern collaboration and workflow tools, such as Asana, Pendo Confluence, and Google Workspace; Expertise with analytics or budgeting tools is a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple complex work-streams across time zones and functions.
