- Answer incoming calls, providing a positive client experience adhering to the applicable professional quality standards set by the company.
- Identify the needs of the client by asking applicable questions and direct calls to the appropriately skilled individuals or queues.
- Exhibit accountability with regard to readiness in handling client contact opportunities.
- Respond favourably to all coaching and training provided, make use of self-coaching tools where available and actively participate in your Employee Check- Ins and Goals with your Team Leader.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Experience working in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Availability to work various shifts and days of the week as required.
- Ability to handle fluctuating work volumes in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
