Our client, a leading optical company in Québec with a large network of branches across various cities, is currently seeking an optician for its Mont-Laurier location.Key Responsibilities:
Participate in all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Promote a quality-driven sales approach and actively encourage sales growth.
Train and motivate a high-performing team; regularly evaluate employee performance and support their professional development.
Maintain high standards of customer service, build strong client relationships, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Act as a representative of the company, developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, partners, and the local community.
Contribute to administrative management, including billing, client file management, and submission of insurance claims.
Skills and qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an optician in Québec or Europe
Must be a member of the Ordre des opticiens d'ordonnances du Québec (Quebec Order of Dispensing Opticians)
